We are seeking aSurgical Unit Managerwith experience in Orthopaedics and Plastics. This boutique private hospital is dedicated to ensuring best patient experience and an environment focused on delivering quality care. The 31-bed unit caters for a range of services such as but not limited to Orthopaedics, Plastics & Reconstructive surgery, Ophthalmic, Dental, ENT, Neurosurgery.
Surgical Nurse Unit Manager Profile
Ability to engage staff positively
Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
Prior leadership experience
Min 3 years experience in the area of specialty Orthopaedics, Plastics.
Education experience would be highly regarded
Post Graduate qualifications would be highly regarded
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A real focus on individualised patient care and patient outcomes & high-level customer service
Demonstrated management and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and manage a health care team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of and involvement in the Continuous Improvement process
