The MHSOP Community Team serves the same age group and works with service users from acute crisis through to continuing care.If you are someone who takes a holistic approach to your clinical responsibilities, come and join our multi-disciplinary team at Fraser McDonald Unit (FMU). It will be imperative in this role that you show a genuine interest in the care for older adults and previous experience working in a mental health setting.This role is responsible for providing effective and accessible professional nursing leadership that strengthens and supports the nursing structure, the multidisciplinary teams, service user outcomes and family/whanau participation in the context of quality, equity, and added value.Remuneration is commensurate with the role. A professional development fund is also offered to support the successful applicant in expanding their clinical leadership skills and knowledge.This is a unique opportunity to progress and accelerate the multiple work-streams already in place.
