We have a small team of friendly, caring and passionate doctors, nurse practitioners, practice nurses, pharmacist and health coach working together to deliver high quality compassionate care.Manaakitanga is at the centre of what we do.Role DescriptionThis is a part time contractor role for a Nurse Practitioner located on-site at Meadowbank Medical Centre, Auckland.
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.They will perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Additional responsibilities include patient education, preventive care counseling, and maintaining accurate medical records.This role will be part time with opening hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays.
We have current vacancy for Monday shifts with opportunities to increase hours.
There is no after hours and weekend responsibility.We support ongoing professional development with contribution to additional training and conferences at a pro-rata basis.
We also contribute to professional indemnity insurance at a pro-rata basis.We offer attractive and competitive remuneration based on experience.
