Step into a flexible and impactful community-based Diabetes CNS or Practitioner role within a fun and supportive primary care MDT.
About the RoleA great role, suitable for a passionate and skilled Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist or a Nurse Practitioner.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team who are focused on delivering culturally responsive, community-based primary care services across South Auckland.

Skills & ExperienceSuccessful candidates will demonstrate: Strong cultural competence, particularly in working with diverse communities Proven experience in diabetes care, including medication titration and phlebotomy Ability to administer vaccinations in community and outreach settings (Vaxx Certifications) Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to client care If you are passionate about delivering expert diabetes care and making a meaningful impact in the community, this could be the perfect role for you!
