This is a career role with a growing international organisation

Trend Care Systems Pty Ltd is the leading provider of software for patient acuity, workload management and workforce planning.
The software program, TrendCare, operates in some of the world's largest and most acute tertiary healthcare facilities in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, The United Kingdom and Ireland.
Trend Care Systems is currently increasing the number of client District Health Board sites in New Zealand and is seeking two highly motivated, committed and dynamic Registered Nurses with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Based in New Zealand, the successful applicants will be part of a larger international team, working at the leading edge of clinical information software.
Qualifications / Skills Required
Essential:
A registered comprehensive nurse with a strong understanding of the workflow within a hospital.
An in-depth knowledge of the TrendCare System.
Strong IT skills: Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word.
The ability to work confidently and effectively with staff, at all levels within a Health Care Organisation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including proven ability to effectively communicate and co-operate with others.
A high level of professionalism.
The ability to work autonomously, is well-organised, accurate and attentive to detail.
Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment.
Ability to recognize potential problems, seek advice when necessary, and take appropriate corrective action.

Specifically, the role will involve:
Supporting system implementations in new sites.
Conducting onsite education sessions.
Liaising with end-users and proving first-line support.
Investigating and using logic to provide support for more complex issues and problems.
Liaising and co-operating with NZ Safe Staffing Healthy Workplaces Unit and the NZ Ministry of Health.
Liaising with professional bodies such as unions, colleges etc.
Contributing to the future direction of the TrendCare System.
Testing product enhancements.
Travelling within New Zealand on a regular basis, and occasionally overseas.

The successful applicant must be a New Zealand resident.
The salary range is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
