Overview
Copthorne Hotel Auckland City is looking for a self-motivated Night Porter, to join the existing Front Office team in a part time role, working a minimum of 32 hours per week. You will promote positive guest experiences through dealing with guests’ enquiries through the night, explaining the hotel facilities and anticipating their needs. Other responsibilities include hotel cleaning and ad hoc duties to assist the front office team.
Key responsibilities
Taking, preparing, collecting and delivering Room Service orders
Storage and handling of guest luggage and property
Cleaning the public and back of house areas
Assisting guests with queries
Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner

Key Skills and Attributes
Full NZ Drivers Licence required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self motivation with the ability to work on your own
