Night Fill Manager / Supervisor Required
We are looking for an experienced and driven people leader to join and lead our Night Fill team in store. This role would suit someone with experience leading a team of 6-8 people, some supermarket or FMCG experience would be an advantage but not essential, and a willingness to be trained on and use a forklift and reach truck if they cannot already do so.
Core requirements of the role:
Must be physically fit - Night Fill is a manual labour based role including continuous lifting, going up and down ladders, moving pallets and being on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
Leading a team - Managing staff output and expectations, dealing with performance issues / reviews, training new staff members and reporting to the Grocery Manager / Store Manager.
Attention to detail - planning tasks and accessing priorities every night, ensuring that displays are built in the correct manner and that pricing is updated and accurate and that tasks are completed to the required standard.
This role is a Full Time role with either 5 or 6 days depending on the right applicants preference. Hours are 6pm-3/4am depending on preference and days are Wednesday to Sunday with an optional Tuesday. Minimum of 42.5 paid hours per week through to a maximum of 57.
