Night Concierge

As the Night Concierge you will be reporting to the Building Manager and take full responsibilities for the apartment complex during your shift.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Administration (answering of emails, phones and texts)
Familiarisation of Owners Corporation Rules
Resident Services (receiving and dispersing of packages, resident queries, residential disputes)
Monitoring common property facilities
Reporting of breaches
Patrols of building
Reporting to Building Manager of any urgent issues requiring attention
Carpark Patrols
Daily reporting of shift activities
Use of CCTV monitoring equipment and security procedures

Shift hours are 11pm-7am Monday to Friday and 6pm-2am Friday and Saturday.

Current police check and working with children's certificate is mandatory for this role.
Punctuality and presentation must be first class. Note: This role is primarily a customer service role.
