We are currently seeking a part timeNight Cleaner (2 shifts weekly)to join our team.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
Clean all public areas, ensuring all tasks are completed at or above the required standard
Assist guests with all enquiries, and provides accurate information to guests about the property facilities and features
Comply with all guest privacy and security procedures
Stock and maintain Night Cleaner cleaning supplies
Undertake special cleaning projects, as directed
Notify the appropriate person of all maintenance problems, damaged equipment and missing items, immediately
Handles all amenities, chemicals and equipment according to specific instructions and OH&S standards

Successful applicants will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
A friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent grooming and presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm
A willingness to use initiative and solve problems
Knowledge of SIHOT or similar reservations system desirable
Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
