Night Auditor

We are currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment that includes, building 144 brand new hotel rooms, a new bar and restaurant and extensive works to the building and existing apartments.

As a Night Auditor at this exciting new company working at our flagship hotel, you will:
Work the late evening shifts from 11 pm to 7 am

Balance the full-days trading results and investigate and report any anomalies.

Be responsible for ensuring all our guest's needs are met. We are always on the same team as our guests and take pride in delivering unique guest experiences every time.

Work as part of our team to welcome all our guests and ensure they have everything they need for their stay with us.

Use your exceptional attention to detail to make sure nothing is ever missed.

Farewell, our guests and leave them looking forward to their next stay with us.

Handle the daily admin of a busy reception desk like a boss!

We are a new and exciting brand with hotels and serviced apartments across Australia and New Zealand. Priding ourselves on allowing our guests to stay real, we want your personality to show through. While we would like applicants with some experience in customer-facing roles, we are mainly interested in seeing your positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Full training for the role will be provided along with ongoing training to help you amaze each and every guest.
