The RoleWe have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted and a personalised experience is delivered. We are a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience, whether it be assisting with luggage, delivering room service and undertaking security checks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong customer focus. We are looking for someone who is honest, responsible, capable of working independently and as apart of a small team. Also, has the expertise to provide a five-star service, as well as hands-on support to the front office operation. The night shifts start around 10pm / 11pm until 7am.
