About the position:
- Responsible for consulting with clients, identifying their requirements, presenting offers
- To Promote and market newly house and land package
- To develop new and maintain existing client relationships
- Be able to learn and understand all about house and land, construction, materials and design ideas.
- The hours are varied, there will be evenings and weekends involved if required by clients.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years real estate industry background
- Property sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results orientation, a positive attitude
- A passion for understanding needs and finding solutions for your customers
- Basic computer skills and valid driver license
- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
- Multilingual will be a plus.
