Power Generation & Distribution (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time Competitive salary plus medical and life insurance As the Network Performance and Quality Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Network Performance and Quality Team, ensuring optimal operational performance and capabilities of the Powerco electricity network. Your primary focus will be on monitoring performance and implementing post-event actions during significant outages and supply disruptions. Key responsibilities include: People Leadership - Involve the team in business planning. Enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster a strong team culture. Operational Insights - Communicate operational information effectively. Develop visualisations for network response. Performance Analysis - Collaborate on findings with stakeholders. Recommend business improvements based on analysis. It would ideal if you have: Excellent leadership skills Strong real-time analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of risk management concepts A high degree of computer literacy Knowledge of electrical substations and high voltage electricity networks An understanding of gas and electricity fault response processes Knowledge of Protection Systems, SCADA and communication systems About us Our purpose is to connect communities.
