We are currently looking for a Network Engineer to join our team and work with a key customer on a LAN refresh and to assist configuring Aruba network infastructure as part of an enterprise program of works associated with replacing Cisco based network infrastructure. This is an ongoing contract opportunity based in Sydney CBD.
This position will require you to:
Review configuration, build and implementation documentation
Take ownership of engineering and implementing the solutions as provided by the senior network architects
Key Selection Criteria
CCNP / CCIE R/S Highly Desired
ACSP Highly Desired
Demonstrated experience with Network refresh initiatives
Highly experienced as a hands on network engineer focussing on configuring and implementing solutions
Strong troubleshooter and ability to perform root cause analysis when required
Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols - OSPF, BGP, RIP, EIGRP, MPLS, RSVP, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPv4, IPv6 etc
Loadbalancing
Firewalls
DMZ's
Wireless and Campus networking
Deep knowledge and experience with Cisco Route and Switch.
