Build your career with WSP Opus and Be Part of It.We are looking for a Network Controls Coordinator to join our Queenstown or Alexandra office, as part of our Network Outcomes Contract (NOC) team. The team provide a wide range of professional engineering services within a partnership model to deliver the maintenance and manage the operations of the Central Otago State Highway Network for the NZ Transport Agency.In this role, you will be reviewing, processing and coordinating third party applications to work within the highway network and liaising with our clients, stakeholders and customers on network control matters. The role will have a focus on ensuring the quality of third party works and contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the network.The opportunity:Be part of the Central Otago NOC team. Use your communication, problem solving, analytical and organisational skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.Requirements:Current Clean Drivers Licence
Relevant Qualification in an Engineering related field
Experience with Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) would be an advantage.
Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written communication
Able to work effectively, confidently and competently with people at all levels; within and external to the organisation. Particularly the ability to present ideas, information and advice in a way that is understandable by a range of audiences
