We are looking for a Needs Assessor to join our team for a 12 month fixed term contract. Although preferable that you come with current interRAI competency, trained in interRAI Homecare and Contact assessments, this is not essential as training will be provided.
NASC provides Needs Assessment & Service Coordination for older people who have an age related disability requiring long term supports.
Flexibility of base around Northland will be considered but not guaranteed.
