An opportunity has become available for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our successful team as our National Sales Representative for Stray Australia. The role will require national travel throughout Australia, as well as occasional travel overseas.
We are looking for someone who can 'walk the walk' and inspire our customers and travel agencies to book their experience of a lifetime! You must be a highly motivated, personable, energetic, interesting and well travelled character to join us as an ambassador of the Stray brand. You will be joining a team whose values are shared by the customers and industry partners.
To be successful in this role you must be a people person with exceptional communication and organisational skills. A background in sales, first-hand travel experience and knowledge of Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, as well as an understanding of the tourism sector across Australia & New Zealand will hold you in good stead.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, which offers varied sales techniques from B2C, B2B, and presentations to large groups.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:Excellent Microsoft office skills
Ability to work around hurdles and go in for another crack!
Sales and results driven personality
Ability to solve problems and to think laterally to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to judge the needs of individuals and deliver accordingly
Ability to work autonomously and get on with the job!
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel overseas when required
Determination, high levels of honesty, empathy and transparency
Understanding of marketing, media and brand development
