National Quality Systems Coordinator
The Role
You will play a key role indriving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across our qualitysystems, ensuring processes are aligned to regulatory and customer requirementswhile being optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
This role combines technicaldocument control, system ownership, supplier compliance, and cross-functionalcollaboration across multiple manufacturing sites.
Reporting to the National QualityManager, this is a 6-month fixed term role based in Otahuhu.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited)
Managethe full lifecycle of documents (SOPs, policies, procedures, processes,and specifications), ensuring version control, accuracy, and accessibilityvia Quality Hub/SharePoint
Maintainaccurate and up-to-date Product Information Files (PIFs), ensuringalignment with specifications and regulatory requirements
Coordinatesupplier approval and compliance, including onboarding and documentationmanagement
Workclosely with Quality, Operations, Procurement, and external stakeholdersto ensure consistent and aligned ways of working across all sites
About You
5+years' experience in a Quality Systems, Document Control, or QAcoordination role within FMCG or manufacturing environments aligned toGFSI standards
Experienceworking with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms, SharePoint list,workflows
Hands-onexperience with Quality Management Systems and document management tools(e.g. Promapp, SharePoint, or similar)
Proficientin SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and QMS/document management systems
Abilityto manage data, documentation, and system workflows effectively
Strongknowledge of food safety and quality systems within an FMCG environment
Bachelor's degree in food science, Quality Assurance, or a related scientificdiscipline
