The Field Operations Manager is key in developing and executing the strategic operational plan that contributes to profitable growth for Energizer. He or she will:lead a team of Territory Managers and Sales Merchandisers to deliver a commercial outcome, and to influence and drive the team’s sales performance across their channels of responsibilitywork cross functionally with internal teams to achieve stated business objectives and is highly visible, and passionately champions the cause for the field operations team.AccountabilitiesAchievement of total business sales, profit and share targetsProvide leadership, direction, development, motivation, and support to the field sales teamPlan, control and reporting of the total operating budget for the field sales teamNational field sales team head count, recruitment and retention, induction, performance management, career development and succession planning.
