National Female Battery Programme - Lead Catching Coach

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Provide expert coaching and programme support to identified catchers.
Specifically, assist NFBP Regional Catching Coaches in the coaching and delivery to identified catchers.
Liaise with the National Team Women's Coaches in the supervision of programmes specifically set for NFBP Catchers.
Be a key member of the NFBP talent identification providing expert opinion on catchers to be selected for the programme.
Adhere with the requirements of the Softball New Zealand Policies concerning New Zealand programmes

Strong oral communication skills and proven ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders
Proven track record of coaching elite softball catchers at national and international level with specific expertise in catching.
Proven methodologies in the development of elite talent and performance
Exceptional people skills, with an emphasis on the management and support of athletes towards effective performance.
Superior organisational skills
Be an integral member of the Softball New Zealand High Performance Staff and take a collaborative approach toward the greater development of elite softball.
