1. EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE TO SA LEVEL | HIGHLY REGARDED NATIONAL FIRMHandle matters across the employment law spectrum, including drafting and advising on employment agreements and executive contracts; enterprise bargaining agreements; unfair dismissal proceedings and unlawful terminations; restraint of trade issues; and workplace harassment and bullying claims.
Work under an experienced Partner.
Clients include major employers, providing you with interesting and challenging matters of both a contentious and non-contentious nature.
Career development is assured, with an opportunity to contribute to business development and growth of the practice on offer.
You will have between 3 years PAE through to Senior Associate status within a top-tier or mid-tier CBD firm, and be confident in your conduct of files across the breadth of Workplace Relations, both advisory and litigious.
Remuneration is highly competitive.

Top-tier national firm with leading Employment practice.
Handle matters across the employment law spectrum, including drafting and advising on employment agreements and executive contracts; enterprise bargaining agreements; unfair dismissal proceedings and unlawful terminations; restraint of trade issues; and workplace harassment and bullying claims as well as exposure to broader Commercial matters.
Work under experienced Partners.
Clients include major employers, providing you with interesting and challenging matters of both a contentious and non-contentious nature.

You will have 5 + years' PAE within a mid or top-tier CBD firm, and be confident in your conduct of files across the breadth of Workplace Relations, both advisory and litigious. Safety experience will also be highly regarded.

3. EMPLOYMENT SPECIAL COUNSEL OR PARTNER
Sensational opportunity for a Partner or Special Counsel to take over a modest client following with a reputable national firm.
This is an amazing prospect for a talented Senior Workplace Lawyer with a strong reputation in the Brisbane market. We are looking to speak with either a Partner with a modest client following looking to make a lateral move or a Special Counsel looking for a rapid elevation to Partnership within 12-18 months.
You can expect to handle various matters including, drafting and advising on employment agreements and contracts, enterprise agreements, general protection issues including unfair dismissal proceedings and unlawful terminations, discrimination, workplace harassment, and bullying claims and restraint of trade issues.
Exposure to workplace health and safety risk management advice as well as prosecution defence work.
Positive and supportive work environment.
Remuneration is negotiable depending on the seniority and profile of the individual, but for a Partner level appointment, you could expect circa $300k.
