UX & UI DesignConducting user research and testing - map out user journeys, identify pain points and challenges, gather feedback from current product users.Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes - based on user needs from researches.Collaborating with the CEO and developers to build user-friendly software - desktop and mobile versions, iteration of existing designs and building of new features.Analytical, creative and problem solving - enhance the usability of product and keep up to industry trends.2. CEO weekly update videosCreating CEO update videos about product and industry trends - including filming, editing and audio processing.Publishing videos on media channels.Proficiency with Final Cut Pro/Adobe Premiere.3. Short format videosCreating short videos on product tutorials and branding.Publishing videos on media channels and into the product.4. Graphic designCreating assets including logos, icons, and branding materials following the brand guide.Updating 1Centre brand guide on a regular basis - keep design principle refreshed and up to date.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.5. Customer supportPrompt response to queries - understanding of what the user wants and how to manage this.Educating product users on how to use system if required.Recommending to the business areas for improvement that negatively impact the user experience.Communicating user feedback to the team - ensure the development is on track.Proficiency with Freshdesk and Freshchat support channels.6. System/product supportEnsuring all systems we develop and deliver are scalable and person independent.Executing tests on software usability and user experience.Updating product FAQs in accordance with new product releases.7. OtherRelevant experience/qualification in business or understanding of trade is an advantage due to the nature of our company.Teamwork, change management, agility, passion and enthusiasm for what we do is important.
