About the role As the Hawkes Bay Multi Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading Unity's busy Hawkes Bay branches. Our branches are located in Napier, Hastings, and Waipukurau, and consist of 11 passionate team members. Key responsibilities of the role include: Inspiring and driving team engagement and a positive culture in line with our Values. Supporting an innovative and energetic branch atmosphere. Training and continued development of team members. Hands-on, consistent delivery of outstanding member outcomes and experiences. Smooth daily running of the branches. Maintaining a sound understanding of Unity's products and services. Implementation and delivery of Unity's strategy, financial goals, and community engagement.
