This is your chance to be part of a success story.Job SummaryWe are seeking MuleSoft architects to work with clients in grooming and finalizing user stories.
Architects will ensure implementations align with finalized requirements and highlight scope changes.In your first weeks, you can expect to:Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define 'To Be' Business ProcessesPrepare Functional SpecificationsAct as the point of contact for the client on functional aspects, bridging offshore teams and clientsWork with clients to groom and finalize user storiesDefine architecture guidelines, patterns, and standards for the integration platform with Enterprise ArchitectsSupport the design and development of common service frameworksPerform design, code, and unit test reviewsConduct API peer reviews and seek feedback from the core teamUnderstand API specifications and constraintsOwn the API lifecycle, enforce SDLC, and lead CI/CD pipelinesConduct product demo sessions for client SMEsManage delivery teams, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers, and QALiaise between teams to ensure successful deliveryEnsure code quality, test coverage (at least 85%), and adherence to standardsMaintain development standards and conduct regular training and auditsManage version control setup and usageParticipate actively in the COE for technical and solution reviewsCandidate RequirementsYour soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:Extensive experience managing large delivery engagements and integration programsMultiple end-to-end implementation projects, especially in complex ecosystemsStrong program management and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologiesExceptional scope managementOwnership of project timelines, deliverables, and budgetsAbility to manage portfolios and drive operational improvementsFlexibility in time and attitudeIndependent management of programs and stakeholdersHands-on experience with branching strategies, version control, and CI/CDNext Steps: If you believe this opportunity suits you or if Cognizant is the organization you'd like to join, we look forward to speaking with you!
