Muffin Plant Supervisor

Our Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for an experienced people leader to join our Operations team at our Quality Bakers site in Auckland. As an Integral member of the leadership tem you will work collaboratively with other site (Supevisor instead of Team Leaders) and production to:

Ensure the production lines produces to plan and understands capacity requirements & set timelines, making sure staff fully adhere to operational systems & procedures.
Effectively manage & reduce waste to meet line & department/site requirements
Effective management of the respective production line, its people & materials to ensure acceptable efficiency levels are achieved.

Shifts you will be required to work are Mon – Friday (7am – 3.30pm), 40 hours / week
About You
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated individual, with excellent leadership skills who takes a proactive approach to ensuring the integrity of our operations processes and team culture. You will also have:

Previous experience of leading a team in a manufacturing environment
NCEA Level 3 or similar qualification
Understanding of food safety and quality assurance
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organisational and planning skills
Understanding of supply chain management and SAP
