Here you can be part of New Zealand's largest bakery, leading and influencing at the ground level. We are proud of what we do, and how we do it – are you ready to join us on our journey?As an Integral member of the leadership tem you will work collaboratively with other site Team Leaders and production to:Ensure the production lines produces to plan and understands capacity requirements & set timelines, making sure staff fully adhere to operational systems & procedures.Effectively manage & reduce waste to meet line & department/site requirementsEffective management of the respective production line, its people & materials to ensure acceptable efficiency levels are achieved.Shifts you will be required to work are Sunday – Thursday night 7pm – 5amAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will be highly motivated individual, with excellent leadership skills who takes a proactive approach to ensuring the integrity of our operations processes and team culture.
