With a strong focus on professionalism, expertise, and customer satisfaction, our client has earned a trusted name in the industry.Key Details:Location: Hornby, Christchurch, New ZealandHours: Minimum 30+ hours guaranteedQualifications and Experience:Experience working as a Motor Mechanic  OR Any Mechanical Trade Qualification.Good written and verbal communication skills.Fantastic workshop environment.Job Requirements:Perform maintenance and repairs on Cutomer vehicales.Collaborate in identifying and assessing vehicle problems using diagnostic scan tools.Support in performing standard mechanical repairs, such as changing brake pads and Wheel Bearings, and suspension Parts.Explain automotive reapir and issues and provide great cutomer service.Plan repair procedures using Chart manuals and experience.Maintain the workshop and customer areas, ensuring well-organized inventory spaces.Perform basic maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tune-ups, and tire rotations.Installing new tyres and balancing tyres.Prepared to get additional Certificates as needed.Willingness to learn with hands on training.Respond to phone calls, providing quotes and information to customers.Skills and Abilities:Hands-on experience with automotive repairs.Ability to learn and adapt to new repair techniques.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.Ability to work well in a team.How to Apply: If you have the required skills and experience to excel in this role, we invite you to join our team.
