This role has flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
Plus, no weekend or night shifts!
This position is a fixed term contract to cover a period of leave and is due to conclude end of July 2025.Other duties include:Answer customer enquiries around coverage, lodging a claim, and information required to support a claimReport and escalate risk and compliance related concerns, issues and failures.Deliver general technical assistance and advice in regards applications to insurance lawDevelop and implement strategies to reduce/ mitigate claims costsAbout you:At least one year claims experience in the insurance industrySound knowledge of claims processes, experience with motor or motorcycle insurance products is highly desiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level interpersonal and analytical skillsAbility to plan and prioritise tasks to meet timeframesProven customer service skillsConfident negotiatorTo apply:Please submit your resume accompanied by a cover letter detailing your suitability for the role.
