All training will be provided.ABOUT US:We are a successful, fast growing, Kiwi owned, financial advice provider who offers personal, business and general insurance, mortgages as well as Kiwisaver advice with a core focus on helping clients to achieve the best financial outcomes.In 2021, awarded in the Deloitte Fast 50 as New Zealand's 5th fastest growing company across all industries.Off the back of this, and our ongoing growth, we are now looking for a Mortgage support superstar in our head office to help us on our mission to become the #1 Financial Advice Provider in New Zealand.We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping clients, delivers customer service excellence and is focused on successful outcomes.In return, we can offer you a great remuneration package, opportunity to grow with a fun and like-minded team who works with a Client First team culture.THE ROLEDuties include:Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisors, including processing mortgage applications, preparing documentation, and liaising with lenders.Manage and update client records and databases.Maintain a strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulations.Preparing everyday schedules of the advisers.Following up clients for their applications.Monitoring Mortgage inbox and making sure the email was actioned within the turnaround time.Renaming, arranging and documenting paperwork of clients.Preparing and updating the client's CRM profiles accurately.Documenting day to day transactions.Experience and skills required:Strong administrative and organizational skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Google Drive and other relevant software.Adaptable and willing to learn and to be trained.Can work well in a team, as well as individually with less supervision.Good team player.Based in our Christchurch Central head office with hours 9am-5pm.This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading financial advice firms in New Zealand.
