This is an amazing opportunity to support our key enterprise customers in their mobility journey. This role will have a balance of both BAU support and Project work our existing and new customers across our various Mobility platforms including onsite customer and cloud hosted solutions. This role will be both individual customer focused while also helping develop our internal products and way we support them.

We are looking for someone who can initially roll up their selves and get stuck in to existing customer requests and projects, but also someone that can help us further develop a true DevOps model to ensure we are as efficient as possible allowing us to provide exceptional customer service. Being a Senior Engineer we are looking for someone who can provide mentoring and coaching to junior members of our team.

This role sits inside the newly created security practice where you will have direct input into the product team allowing you to help mould our every changing set of products services.

What will I be doing?

Pre & Post Sales Consulting
Validate sales opportunities from a technical perspective including but not limited to validating requirements, BoM's, quotes for time etc.
Participate in the RFI & RFP process
Directly engage with customers to assist in the sales process

Design & Deploy
Own the end to end design for MDM
Deliver High level, detailed designs, and operational handover documents.
Deploy said changes to customers right first time every time (expectation is to rarely fail first time)

Product
Assist the product squad with the development of MDM products across multiple vendors and environments

Operate
Attend and lead (from a technical standpoint) high priority faults when requested. This is expected to be from time to time, not a regular occurrence
As SME for MDM you will be expected to train the team and help with upskilling

Key technical skills
Workspace One Design, Build and administration skills
Blackberry UEM Design, Build and administration skills
Intune Design, Build and administration skills
Windows Server Administration
Linux Server Administration
Scripting experience using Rest API's
Understanding of key networking concepts including IP, DNS, NLB, FW, Wi-Fi, VPN and Proxy servers
Experience with integration into AD, MSCA, MS Exchange,O365, web servers and application servers
Experience with integration into cloud services including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
Advanced knowledge of how to manage Device OS's including iOS, Android, Win10 and MacOS.
