We are seeking an Advisor to be part of our Ministerial Services team.
Korero mo te turanga | About the role
We are looking for a versatile writer with political nous and excellent relationship management skills to be part of our Ministerial Services team.
A focus on quality of writing, timeliness of delivery, relationship management and political nous are critical components of the role, as is the ability to work independently to tight deadlines and work collaboratively within the team and wider organisation.
Korero mou | About you
You will work within a small and agile team to draft responses to Ministerial correspondence, speeches, oral and written PQ responses and requests for official information,
Concentrating on ensuring effective support to our Ministers’ offices and the overall quality of Ministerial products and services is key.
You will have a sound knowledge of the OIA, parliamentary processes and machinery of government. In this role you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to service a range of Ministerial products.
