About the role
Within our friendly metering team in Wellington, this role primarily manages resolution of all service requests, queries, exceptions and disputes from our retailer customers. Alongside this you will maintain good relationship with our customers and internal teams to ensure all call and queries are answered in a timely manner. You will be working on few systems to process queries and data and tracking them throughout all the stages.
**Please note this role is a fixed term contract until 30 Dec 2020
