Merchandiser- Hutt Valley

Details of the offer

We have a role available for a motivated part-time Merchandiser to join our Hutt Valley team for 14 hours a week.
In this essential role, you will work in local supermarkets to build promotional displays, fill shelves and chillers, and execute our brand standards. You will ensure our iconic beverage brands are easily accessible and look fantastic, ready for customers to grab off the shelf!
This role reports remotely into a Sales Manager and connects regularly with the local Sales rep. This is an incredibly physical role where you'll be required to lift cases of product off pallets and arrange them on display stands in store, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to stay fit.
You will work 14 hours across Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6am- 9pm.
Split shift on Sunday morning shift 6am-9am and Sunday night 7pm-10pm.
About You:
We're looking for honest and reliable team members, who don't mind a bit of hard work! You'll bring an eye for detail and have high standards to ensure our products stand out - because you're proud of our brands and the way they bring moments of happiness every day to our customers!
You may have previous Merchandising experience, or this could be your entry point into a Sales career with an award-winning FMCG company. You must have access to a vehicle and hold a current driver's license. We have a Zero Harm Policy and strive to keep you safe, so in order to minimise risk in this role we look for candidates who can comfortably lift 18kgs with repetition.
The Benefits:
Join a fun and flexible team and learn how to connect with our customers. In addition to an hourly rate, we provide an awesome company culture and a learning environment that is committed to developing our people and supporting them to reach new possibilities. These roles can lead to ongoing opportunities within our Sales teams. Bring a strong customer focus and we'll provide you with the tools and training you need to be a successful part of the Amatil family. We look for Merchandisers all over New Zealand, and seek to find people who share our mission of creating millions of moments of happiness and possibilities.
Coca-Cola Amatil NZ is one of the largest leading manufacturers and distributors of ready-to-drink beverages, including non-alcoholic, alcoholic beverages, and coffee. We're exceptionally proud to be recognised as one of NZ's Best Employers four years in a row! If you ask our team what they love about working here, they'll tell you it's our people, our brands, and our culture. Our vision and values are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to creating millions of moments of happiness and possibilities for our employees. Bring the real you and be part of a culture where we embrace equal opportunities and celebrate diversity. We encourage you to apply to bring your unique differences and perspectives to Coca Cola Amatil."
Please note: if successful you will need to undergo a Ministry of Justice check, driver's license check, and a pre-employment drug test.
