About the role
Our service provides a supportive living environment for youth who experience mental illness, encouraging them to lead their own recovery journey and supporting them towards their goal to achieve independent living. You will coach and mentor support workers, and work alongside them in supporting the clients to achieve their goals. This will include integrating your clinical expertise, knowledge and competencies with recovery approaches in order to provide quality services to clients and their whanau. Be rewarded by seeing our clients grow and develop; relish and celebrate in the progress, as well as encouraging and developing our support workers as they bring their enthusiasm and interest into the clients personalised planning. The role is 40 hours per week, working rostered shifts Monday to Sunday.
