At Taylor Centre, we provide a multi-disciplinary, recovery focussed service for clients living in Central Auckland. OurCare and Recovery Serviceprovides a comprehensive range of therapeutic treatment options in collaboration with service users, their families/whanau, local communities and the Multi-Disciplinary Team within the CMHC. This is achieved through the assessment and management of the complex health needs of service users, with the provision of effectively planned care that supports them to manage their overall healthcare needs.
Our team works collaboratively to support people using our service in their recovery journey. In doing this, we acknowledge the contribution of family/whanau to this journey and seek to involve them whenever possible.
We are looking for qualified Mental Health Nurses, who have experience and skills working with people from a range of cultural backgrounds. You will also have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the community keyworker role.
We have3positions availableand you can choose how many FTE you want to work in these roles (0.5 FTE minimum):
1 permanent positions:
1 part time (0.7 FTE).

2 fixed terms positions:
1 full time (1.0 FTE) for 6 months
1 part time (0.7 FTE) for 11 months

Ideally, you will be registered with New Zealand Nursing Council with a current annual practising certificate or eligible for the same. If you are coming from overseas, please click this link to check your eligibility.
