If so, we want you to join our team as a Member Support Manager and really make a difference in the motel and independent accommodation sector across Aotearoa.New Zealand Accommodation Group manages the membership programmes for ASURE and Host Accommodation Groups, providing support, business services and marketing for the accommodation industry across New Zealand.The Member Support Manager, reporting to the General Manager, plays a pivotal role in being the primary point of contact for member properties, offering proactive support, advice, and assistance.Responsibilities:Provide personalised customer care to member properties, addressing their concerns, enquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Offer guidance and resources to member properties to help them optimise their operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive business growth.Act as a liaison between member properties and our central Hub, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.Coordinate training and development opportunities for member properties, organising workshops, webinars, the annual conference, and other educational events to enhance their skills and knowledge.Manage the quality assurance programme, including developing and implementing quality standards, conducting assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the programme.Analyse data and feedback to improve support services, enhance member satisfaction, and drive the success of the quality programme.Requirements:6 years + working in a senior management position within hospitality/tourism, or within a commercial accommodation environment within customer service and other departments.Ability to effectively manage time and prioritiseGood problem solving skills and experienceCustomer service focused and results orientatedFlexibility to travel as and when requiredComputer literate with an intermediate experience of the Microsoft suite of programmesAt Motive Group & New Zealand Accommodation Group, we value teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
