Join our member support team and support our Laser Members in the South Island.
Reporting to our National Manager, this role is responsible for providing support and assistance to our Laser Members to ensure the ongoing growth of member businesses and the Laser Group as a whole. This includes inducting, training, coaching and supporting new members, building a constructive and supportive relationship with members and creating an environment where there is collaboration and cooperation between our Members and the Laser Group.
We're seeking someone who:
Has a proven track record of building positive relationships with businesses to help them grow
Is business-savvy and can identify areas of improvement
Is IT literate and able to use business systems to support business performance
Has proven ability in partnering with others, including identifying/anticipating needs and providing proactive support
