Member Services Staff Required

At CityFitness, we're striving to make New Zealand the healthiest nation in the world and our Member Services Team are a key cog in the wheel that allow us to do so.
We are looking for a Member Adviser who is responsible for communications with members over the phone, via email and across various social media platforms.
Fitness industry experience is certainly not necessary, but a background in administration, providing sensational customer service over the phone and running social media pages would be advantageous.
