Casual Medical Typing Support
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Typist to work for us on a casual "as and when required" basis.
In this role, you will type for a variety of specialities across the DHB sometimes covering for staff leave or supporting staff in times of increased workloads.
We are looking for someone with dictaphone typing experience, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and related functions e.g. mail merge, plus computer savvy to learn the other software packages used.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.
- Multi-tasking ability
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
