About the Role
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. Working in a busy general practice environment, you'll help coordinate patient journeys while supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a warm, professional, and positive experience for patients and visitors
Managing appointment bookings, phone enquiries, and patient communications
Registering patients and supporting front-desk administrative processes
Maintaining accurate patient information and medical records
Working closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider practice team
Helping create an organised, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
You'll work as part of a friendly team where every day brings variety, supporting the healthcare needs of patients and families in the local community.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
A friendly, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
Excellent communication and the ability to connect with patients for different walks of life
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or healthcare
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
The ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential. We value attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
