You will also have a positive attitude and have the flexibility to fully participate in our roster that includes evening, weekend, and on-call work.Key Qualifications and AttributesRegistration, or eligibility for registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand.A strong background in working within a regulatory framework.A collaborative spirit capable of enhancing a small, quality-driven team.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient care.Prior hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, especially in areas of immunohaematology, quality control, and infectious disease testing, will be highly regarded.Experience in blood banking, immunology, serology, blood grouping, and nucleic acid testing analysers will be advantageous.This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding role within a supportive team environment.
