Medical Laboratory Technician

We are currently seeking applications for a part-time qualified Technician with a current Annual Practicing Certificate to join our team in the Nelson Core laboratory. A technician with multi-disciplinary experience is preferred however consideration will also be given to training someone with the right skills, preferably with a science background. The position is 25 hours per week to be worked across various shifts. Flexibility to work rostered shifts is ideal.
As an integral member of the team at Medlab, you will be an effective communicator; possess good interpersonal skills; be able to work under pressure and competent in dealing with high volumes of work in a precise and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a science background, able to work in a structured environment and excellent data entry skills.
