We have been involved in pioneering treatment options and clinical trials.

You will be involved in a variety of procedures including angiograms, angioplasty, TAVI, TESA, BAV, Pacemakers, and Ablations.You will have an opportunity to expand your radiology experience and skills in this unique highly sought-after specialist field.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your continued professional development.Shifts are Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm as well as an after-hours primary PCI service.Key responsibilities of the role:Radiation safety of staff and patients.Work within the multidisciplinary team to provide coronary angiograms, angioplasty, pacing, electrophysiology, and structural heart procedures.Perform a range of imaging from X-ray, intravascular U/S, and OCT.Operate and troubleshoot equipment.Participate in our busy after-hours on-call service for Primary PCI.Waikato hospital is a tertiary hospital equipped with four Cath Labs that serve the Midlands region.
