Mechanic Required

We Franklin Engineering Services Ltd who specialise in Engine Reconditioning are looking for an experienced mechanic/automotive technician or machinist who would enjoy a wide and varied role in a very busy machine shop in Pukekohe.The applicant may be skilled or have knowledge in a wide range of areas, the job will largely involve the stripping down of light and heavy commercial engines and completing check and reports of the findings. It will also include daily deliveries to the Auckland wide region, based on the daily load. The ideal candidate will: - Be able to work in a team and work autonomously - Have strong motivation and work ethics - Have a can do attitude - Will have worked on engines previously - You will also need to have a complete tool kit - Be a fast learner (training will be supplied to the correct candidate) - Clean and tidy work ethics - Current clean NZ driver license and HT license - Must be able to work overtime (when required)Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
