Meat Inspectors - Nationwide

AsureQuality are the experts providing a world-class inspection service to New Zealand's red meat industry and as an essential service we are still operating. We are currently recruiting qualified previously warranted Meat Inspectors to be based at various sites nationwide, on fixed term contracts.
Successful applicants will be responsible for performing post mortem mandatory meat inspection and non-mandatory tasks as required and will need to:
Be qualified in the National Certificate in Meat Inspection Services.
Have previously held a Warrant and a sound knowledge of Codes of Practice, applicable Acts and regulations.
Be prepared to undertake any required training.
Have an understanding of the meat industry and hygienic dressing.
Have the ability to make sound decisions.
Be a team player and be able to successfully operate in a small team.
Be self motivated.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
