We have an exciting opportunity for a Maximo Technical and Functional Systems Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our IT Business Unit you will provide technical and functional expertise to Refining NZ staff via business process improvements and training programs. You will enable and support our business to maximize our investment in Maximo and be able to provide best of breed knowledge to enhance the functional use of our systems.
Role Accountabilities include but not limited to:
Business Process Assessments
Propose Business centric process and system improvements
Develop and lead a comprehensive training program, conducting end-user training and developing training materials and plans
Lead Functional System enhancements
The ideal person will have knowledge and experience of:
CMMS and ERP systems - Maximo & Oracle
Minimum 5+ years' experience working in an industrial maintenance environment or consulting equivalent
Have strong experience in Maximo application and integration, design, development, testing, operations, and maintenance
Knowledge and experience of business process re-engineering (ideally in Maintenance Management, Inventory and Supply Chain)
Functional understanding of plant maintenance workflow, including both routine and turnaround maintenance
Experience in defining/reviewing maintenance business process and delivering training
Knowledge of ISO55001 and ISO14224
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Utilities Domain expertise (Oil & Gas Expertise preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Certified Maximo asset management is essential
