This is a full time permanent (civ) position What you will doAs the Materiel Management Analyst you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.Your day will be varied and challenging as you work with NZDF systems, policies and procedures to provide information to your stakeholders about equipment management/logistics.What we needWe are seeking an experienced analyst preferably with supply chain and asset management experience and expertise, strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain business practices as well as a good understanding of capital acquisition concepts and deliverables.You’ll be a skilled communicator, good financial understanding, and always looking for process improvement. Attention to detail is also one of your key strengths.Ideally you’ll be familiar with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), project management and the use of corporate ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle). Your qualifications in logistics and or relevant business experience is a requirement.There is a requirement for travel with this role and therefore you will be away from home base for periods of time.Who we areLogistics Command (Land) is responsible for all Land logistics and is accountable for delivering effective and efficient through life logistics support to NZDF capabilities.
