Master Data Administrator - Nz Health Partnerships

The Master Data Administrator supports operations by updating, monitoring and analysing Master Data within the Finance Procurement and Information Management (FPIM) systems that are used by some District Health Boards (DHBs). FPIM is an Oracle EBS system that supports DHBs to manage their finance, procurement and supply chain needs.
Working within the Service Delivery Team, the Master Data Administrator coordinates and administers master data and specifications from new record set up to release and production, and subsequent changes. The role is responsible for ensuring master data integrity in the systems as well as maintaining the process to support data quality through a distributed model.
To be successful in the role:
You must have a collaborative approach, an ability to think outside the box, a desire to learn new things and an eye for detail.
You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as is the ability to write clear and concise business communications.
Ideally you are proactive, have loads of initiative and have 3-5 years' experience in administration of master data and specifications, document control and configuration management.
You need a background in finance/supply chain working with an Oracle ERP system is desired. Ideally you have experience with interface to an ERP system along with functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain.
