As a Marketing specilaist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' marketing while working in a team environment. You will work closely with varied businesses, utilising your marketing expertise. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced (yet fun!) environment and has a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities Client Management: Serve as a point of contact for large clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their marketing objectives. Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to discuss campaign performance, provide recommendations, and address any concerns. Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with their business goals. Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook and social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Campaign Creation and Execution: Develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, incorporating both digital and traditional marketing techniques. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad content, graphics, videos, and landing pages. Ensure campaigns are launched and executed flawlessly, adhering to established timelines and budgets. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to maximise reach and engagement. Content Creation: . Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content that aligns with client brand guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, particularly in Facebook and social media advertising, Google Ads, and social media management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
