About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, based in Hastings. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is crucial in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads both internationally and within New Zealand. An experienced communicator, you'll thrive working across a diverse range of projects, and collaborating with local and international teams. At home in a digital marketing environment, you'll be up for creating content with our in-house Senior Visual Designer, and developing next level multi-channel marketing campaigns using a range of digital marketing platforms. To succeed in the role you'll need: A sound understanding of marketing practice, as evidenced by a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on export markets. Demonstrated experience in campaign development and execution that's driven results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools including marketing automation platforms. Capability in understanding and interpreting data, to apply insights to your work in the agricultural sector and / or related industries. To be a creative thinker with a detailed eye for design and messaging. The ability to manage multiple projects, and work at pace. Experience with marketing automation and digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite is preferred, as is exposure to analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and experience in SEO best practices. Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite isn't required but would be a bonus. We offer: Competitive salary and all the tools you need to perform.
